Temporary - To start early December for 4-5 weeks with potential for the role to go permanent for the right person.

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00pm / 08.30 - 4.30pm

Proven experience Contact centre/Call centre environment?
Excellent communications and previous sales/telesales experience?
Able to identify sales opportunities and demonstrate fabulous negotiation skills?

We're seeking a talented individuals to join our friendly team in a busy environment with the run up to Christmas.

You'll now doubt be used to working to targets, ideally gained from working within a call centre/customer service environment and you will now be looking to develop your career in a well-established and respected organisation.

If you've experience of working in pubs, clubs, hotel or other areas of the hospitality sector in a customer focused or sales based role this would be a distinct advantage.

Working in bright, modern and well-located offices on a day-to-day basis you will be:-

* Making outbound calls to a pre scheduled list of Clients and managing your own client account base
*Developing customer relationships
*Promoting promotional lines and offers
*Identifying opportunities for up-selling and maximising sales

*Proven sales and/or account management experience
*Working in a targeted sales environment to KPI standards
