Working hours - Monday - Thursday 08.45 - 5.15pm Friday 08.45 - 4.00pm

Do you have previous Customer Service Co-ordination experience?
Have you worked within a fast paced customer service department before?
Are you available immediately and can commit to a temporary ongoing role?

Working for a leading construction company you will be supporting the customer co-ordination team - duties to entail:

*Receiving a high volume of calls from customers, internal departments and site representatives with regards to the outstanding works to be carried out
*Updating various systems
*Liaising with various departments to chase relevant information regarding outstanding issues and communicating this back to Site.
*Co-ordinating the works to be carried out and carrying out general administrative tasks

You will:

*Have previous customer service/co-ordination experience and be used to working with a fast paced environment
*Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues and departments at all levels
