Your role will be pivotal to assist with the setting up of a new shared-services centre in the centre of Birmingham - and hand-pick the teams to deliver the company's customer-centric vision.

Working in prestigious modern surroundings this role is only suited to those who are genuinely people-first.

You will describe yourself as ambitious, a self-starter with professional gravitas - a problem solver with emotional intelligence and a passion for customer service. You will be pivotal to implementing the company's future strategy, improving the processes and maximising the customer success of this international organisation.

You'll be an inspiring leader and be a committed 'champion of change' eager to work on a strategic level as well as look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

No doubt your track record will be impressive and clearly demonstrate your leadership skills in motivating, leading, coaching and developing teams to deliver at the highest standards.

You will be meeting with clients in the UK and making very occasional international trips, engaging with and influencing both external and internal stakeholders.

No doubt your CV will show a robust work history and examples of leading teams that achieve gained from working in multi-national organisations/shared services. If you have knowledge of lean, 6-Sigma, Kaizen and/or black belt training methodology, this would be a real added benefit.
