This is a varied and fast paced role for an experienced customer service advisor within a fabulous, dynamic organisation. Working in a team, you will be in contact with people looking for information and guidance on the care homes they have seen advertised. This will be a difficult time for the customer so patience and empathy are needed.

The role will involve:
*Taking inbound calls to provide a quality and timely service
*Answering all enquiries about the care homes customers have seen advertised
*Booking in visits for the customer to visit the care home(s)
*Working towards targets for bookings made.

We need someone with:
*The ability to be empathetic and patient when speaking with customers
*Excellent Customer Service skills gained working in a contact centre
*Experience working towards targets
