This is a varied and fast paced role for an experienced customer service advisor within a fabulous, dynamic organisation. Working in a team, you will be in contact with people looking to process orders for products they have seen advertised via various media outlets.

The role will involve:
*Taking inbound calls to provide a quality and timely service
*Answering all enquiries about the products
*Up-selling products during the call
*Processing orders and taking payments
*Working towards targets

We need someone with:
*The ability to build rapport with the customer whilst remaining patient
*Excellent Customer Service skills gained working in a contact centre
*Experience working towards targets

Please note a credit check is needed for the successful candidate due to the role involving handling customers payment information over the telephone.
