This role could be for you!

Our client is a successful, established and growing company based near Birmingham Airport,

You will be joining a motivated and enthusiastic telephone based team and will be

- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers seeking more information
- Making outbound calls to customers who have registered an interest (no cold calling)

You will be providing excellent Customer Service on a wide range of services.

You will receive full training on the product and will be keen to use your existing Telesales experience and be confident in your ability to build rapport with people and have an excellent telephone manner.

No doubt your previous experience will show your success and motivation to work within a target orientated team. You'll be someone who is self-motivated and a committed team player.

You'll be able to commit to working a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730 hours and 11.30 - 2000 hours, plus 1 Saturday / month 1200-1800 hours

You'll be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 + commission (OTE Earnings £27,000), however commission is uncapped.

Benefits include subsidised medical cover, and 22 days annual leave, plus your birthday off plus Bank Holidays.

Please note that applicants must have a driving licence and their own vehicle, as the premises are not easy to reach by public transport.
