CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

PERMANENT UP TO £18500
Shirley, Solihull

A lovely opportunity to join a well established Legal company within the Solihull area as a Conveyancing Secretary.

Working within a very busy Conveyancing team, you will provide secretarial and admin support to a team of three Conveyancing Fee Earners.

This is a very demanding role where you will draw on your experience of Conveyancing to enable you to accept responsibility for a varied and demanding workload.

Duties will include:-
Audio Secretarial support to Fee Earners
*Processing information on the Online Land Registry Directory
*Completing AP1 (first registration) application forms and knowledge of FR1 forms.
*Assisting with the administration for the Conveyancing process.
*Able to work to deadlines and diarise searches so that they do not expire.
*Volume business - so the ability to work in a fast, accurate and methodical manner is essential.

Experience of Conveyancing is essential whether from an administrative, secretarial level or a Fee Earner looking to reduce their responsibility. Coupled with a calm, efficient and organised outlook - this is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation.
