Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing

£19-20,000 Perm-full time

As a Legal Secretary you will be one of the first points of contact in the Conveyancing team for one of their local offices. The role is supporting a Fee Earner/ Partner within an established, friendly Law practice.

Do you love taking ownership and creating a positive customer experience for clients? Then it goes without saying that you will have excellent attention to detail and ensure that all the necessary deadlines are met.

About you.. it is essential you will have:-

- experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar role
- a professional and polite manner to handle all incoming general enquiries
- knowledge of file reviews and ledgers
- the ability to prioritise and track tasks to strict deadlines

If you have previously worked as a Legal Secretary and have experience of providing support to Fee Earners, dealing with the online portals, audio dictation and familiar with case management systems, are adaptable to help out as required and possess a flexible and approachable manner - we would welcome the chance to discuss your interest in this lovely opportunity.
