Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary?
Are you an experienced audio typist?
Are you available immediately and can commit to an ongoing assignment?

As Conveyancing Secretary you will be working within the residential conveyancing department:

*Typing up of correspondence, letters, reports and memos
*Audio typing
*Liaising with Clients
*Running searches and land registry
*Dealing with queries
*Filing - opening and closing of files
*Scheduling appointments
*Chasing outstanding information required
*Email correspondence

You will:

*Be an experienced Conveyancing Secretarial
*Have excellent secretarial and organisational skills
