Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Centre Agent?
Experienced in compliance with strong communication and customer service skills?
Have you worked within Insurance or in a face to face sales role?
Do you possess excellent attention to detail?
Are you able to travel in March to Liverpool for a 2 week residential Induction (expenses paid)?

As a Contact Centre Agent you will be dealing with members of the public taking out and renewing new car insurance policies. 50% of the role is phone based and 50% of the role is telephone based. There is no cold calling. The role is very much customer service and compliance based. Working for a well established Insurance firm with an excellent Induction process.
