Complaints Officer - NHS

Dudley - DY1

Temporary for 3 months

Paying £14.54 per hour - Band 5

Monday - Friday approximately 08.30 - 5.30 - hours tbc

As an experienced Complaints Officer you will:

*Be clearing the back log of complaints within the medicine division
*Be gathering statements and formulating response letters
*Possess an excellent understanding of the NHS complaints legislation - this is an essential requirement

You will:

*Have a good understanding of the NHS complaints legalisation - this is essential
*Previous complaint handling experience
*Experienced in writing response letters
*Be a confident and friendly communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
*Be available to start asap and able to commit to the duration of the assignment

To be considered for this role, your CV must clearly demonstrate the above skills, experience and system knowledge.
Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
