Salary: up to £21,000 (depending on experience) basic per annum
Up to 10% performance related bonus + parking + flexible benefits + great career opportunities.

Do you have;-
* Experience of working as a Collections Advisor looking for a new position?
* Or experience in a similar role i.e. Credit Control, Complaints or Debt arrears?
* Have excellent negotiation skills?

*Interviews being held within the next fortnight.*

37.5 hours per week on shift patterns which will be across the following hours
0800 - 2000 hours Monday - Thursday
0800 - 1900 hours Friday
0800 - 1400 hours Saturday (approx. 1 in every 2)

As a Collections Advisor you will work to resolve outstanding customer balances by assessing affordability and pro-actively negotiate a repayment plan ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You will work as part of a team to meet daily, monthly and annually set targets, full training and direct support will be given to all successful candidates.

As you'll be working in the financial services sector so part of the process will involve a credit check which will not affect your credit rating.
