Birmingham - B13
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week - must be flexible

As a dynamic, innovative Clinic Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the overall delivery of the business unit. Working in partnership with Learning Disabilities Service Clinical Lead and Modern Matrons to ensure the provision of an effective service delivery.

Responsible for the operational management, business planning and administration of all service activities, you will be ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with Trust policies, delivering budgets, cash releasing efficient and service objectives agreed with Associate Director.

As Clinical Operations Manager, you will be:

*Accountable for the overall management of the Business Unit in line with policies and procedures, working jointly with the Clinical Lead and Modern Matrons, you will be responsible for the delivery of an equitable service across a diverse group of patient/service users, providing managerial support to a clinically led Business Unit.
*Have regular attendance at relevant meetings, communicating and reporting accurate and timely information and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences as required.
*Responsible and accountable for ensuring area managed remains within budget whilst maintaining a safe, effective and efficient working environment.
*Supporting quality, governance systems and initiatives throughout the service, by facilitating national and local quality audits, education programmes and service evaluations to collate and disseminate information to support new projects.
*Promoting a customer care ethos within the service/Business Unit which underpins the delivery of services in a responsive, efficient and courteous manner - facilitate and promote the 'All of Us' ethos.
*Liaising with Consultant medical staff and other clinicians in the provision of the service, develop working relationships and recognising and responding to their changing needs.
*Ensure that quality governance is an integral part of the delivery of the Business Unit, is considered for all Service development and will promote the delivery of evidence based practice, ensuring compliance with national quality guidance.
*Promote a customer care ethos within the Business Unit which underpins the delivery of services in a responsive, efficient and courteous manner - facilitate and promote the 'All of Us' ethos.

You will:

*Have a management qualification or equivalent experience
*Have extensive management experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams
*Extensive experience of working with external NHS agencies and partners
*Extensive experience of plan, prioritise, organise, monitor and control
*Be competent in the provision of excellent written, verbal presentation and communication skills
*Competent in developing strong and external working relationships
