Temporary - working various dates in June and July - a total of 15 days

Paying £9.00 per hour

Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 5.00pm

Friday 08.30 - 1.30pm

My client is seeking an experienced Client Host to provide a first class customer service experience.

You will be:

*Meeting and greeting visitors and escorting them to the appropriate meeting rooms
*Using Outlook to review the meeting room bookings and checking for new or amended bookings
*Contacting the organisers to ensure all details are correct
*Placing catering orders with providers ensuring all details are correct
*Providing cover for reception areas lunch periods and times of heavy switchboard times
*Providing visitors attending staff meetings with refreshments and lunches
*Issuing fobs to staff or cards to allow visitors access
*Arranging the purchase of catering consumables and stationary
*Liaising with the Facilities Manager regarding any issues
*Opening and distributing the post and carrying out any administrative duties as and when required

You will:

*Be confident in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and diary management
*Be confident and professional with a passion for excellent customer service and have the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times.
*Have the ability to remain calm under pressure and able to handle change effectively
*Have previous Receptionist experience or within hospitality would be advantageous


Please note there is no car parking on site, but there are side roads, plus local car parks.
