Our client is a well- respected and fast growing city centre Estate Agency. You will be working a part of a vibrant team who manage around 500 residential and commercial properties.
Your role will be to administer the rental payments coming into the agency from the tenants and ensure that the appropriate payments are paid out to the property landlords.

The role will involve
*Processing and recording inbound tenant payments
*Processing outbound payment to Landlords
*Reconciling the bank accounts
*Controlling rental property deposits
*Credit Control - Chasing payments from tenants
*Producing financial reports for Partners and company Accountant

The ideal candidate will be from an Accounts related background and experience of using the CFP system would be a distinct advantage.
