Monday - Friday working 40 hours

Are you experienced in dealing with a high volume of telephone calls?
Do you possess excellent communication skills, whilst having an empathic nature?
Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent prioritisations skills?

Working within a busy department, you will be joining a small but friendly team:

As a Booking Clerk you will be:
*Answering a high volume of inbound calls
*Responding to enquiries regarding appointments and other services available
*Assisting with the management of requests for patient reports
*Escalating complex complaints to the Manager
*Assisting with the cancellation of appointments
*Using PPS (Private Patient System) to update with notes of repeat reports
*Conducting monthly or quarterly audit/searches or spreadsheets as required

You will:
*Have previous customer service experience or be familiar with receiving a high volume of inbound calls
*Provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to customers
*Possess a confident, empathetic phone manner
*Be a competent Administrator with accurate keyboard skills

If you have worked within a medical environment and have experience on PPS - Private Patient System - this would be desirable but not essential.
