Experience of working in a production/manufacturing environment?
A respected team leader seeking a new challenge?
Able to work to strict levels of quality and service levels?

Your will be leading a team and supporting the Shift Operations Manager of this leading production and manufacturing company.

There will be up to 9 Technicians, Receiving and Despatch Operatives who you will be responsible for in a proactive and professional manner.

In a nutshell ... you will -

- ensure the operations run smoothly - on time - and to high levels of efficiency
- plan and organise the workloads of the team
- be tasked with making improvements
- developing a high performance team

We're seeking someone with a professional manner who can identify areas of improvement swiftly - come up with suggestions to improve and implement - and get buy-in and co-operation.

You will have experience of working in a similar role (and if this has been in manufacturing, production, supply chain so much the better) where your natural assertiveness, excellent communication skills and leadership skills have been proven.
