We're seeking an ambition and experience Assistant Manager to the Operations Manager for an important role leading a team of up to 9 Technicians of a leading production and manufacturing company.

You will have experience of working in a similar role (and if this has been in manufacturing, production, supply chain so much the better) where your natural assertiveness, excellent communication skills and leadership skills have been proven.

We're seeking someone with a professional manner who can identify areas of improvement swiftly - come up with suggestions to improve and implement - and get buy-in and co-operation. You will have the skills, experience and knowledge sought and work in a proactive and professional manner.

- ensure the operations run smoothly - on time - and to high levels of efficiency
- plan and organise the workloads of the team
- be tasked with making improvements
- developing a high performance team
