Our client is based in a creative and commercial environment and in need of an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their close-knit team within unique offices, set just walking distance from central Birmingham.

Joining as an Assistant Accountant, without doubt you will be numerate and have excellent attention to detail.

Your current experience will ensure that you are a natural at: -
*Utilising Xero/ Sage daily
*Intercompany balances and journal postings
*Management accounts
*Aged debt management
*Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts

Within this individual company you would provide support to the FD for the accounts of numerous companies. Not your usual finance set-up, you would be immersed in a lively environment where all the team support one another across the business. It goes without saying that you will be: -
*ACCA - finalist/ newly qualified
*Have min 2 years' accounts experience
*Able to multi-task and prioritise daily workloads
*Proficient in Sage/ Xero

An effective communicator and adaptable work ethic are essential in-order to succeed. Consideration may be given to candidates with CIMA.
