Salary: £20,000 / OTE £27,000 - however commission is uncapped
Location: Birmingham Business Park
Hours: 37.5 hours over a 6-day shift pattern

This Adviser role is a busy and rewarding position, working within a motivated, target driven and enthusiastic telephone-based team. You will be advising customers on making the right decision to progress and develop their career. Whilst working for an award winning and developing organisation.

The Adviser role involves:

*Answering incoming calls from prospective customers seeking more information
*Making outbound calls to customers who have registered an interest (no cold calling)
*Providing excellent Customer Service on a wide range of services

We need someone with;

*A driving licence and access to a vehicle on a daily basis
*Has previous telesales experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Has a passion for delivering the best customer service possible?

You will receive full training on the products and will be keen to use your existing Telesales experience and be confident in your ability to build rapport with people and have an excellent telephone manner.
