We're seeking an exceptional administrator to join a friendly and professional team in a well-respected and distinguished organisation that prides itself on quality. The area of work you will be involved with is moving towards e-commerce and so you will be involved more with digital administration.

You will be someone who will ask "how can we do things better?", someone who has a strong work ethic and consistently works to high standard.

Your role will be -

- purchasing of equipment and parts
- ordering of stock and raising credits
- ensuring supplies are available for distribution
- communicating with customers
- setting up and providing first class reports using Excel
- administration of e-commerce … and more

No doubt you will be someone who is positive, highly motivated, self-driven and organised individual who thrives on a challenge.

You will pride myself on delivering excellent customer service and high quality service delivery. No doubt you're a strong team player who is used to dealing with decision makers and key stakeholders at all levels. You'll have a meticulous attention to detail and possess a "can do" attitude.

You'll be part of an exceptional organisation and whilst the role is for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract - there is a high probability of future permanent opportunities.
