As Administrator you will be based between the booking centre and the Clinic Reception

*Actioning patient queries via the telephone and email whilst working to set timeframes
*Registering referrals
*Booking and amending appointments
*Assisting with the waiting list management
*Scanning and filing documents
*Clinic preparation

You will:

*Have recent administration and/or Receptionist experience
*Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
*Have ideally worked within the NHS before within a clerical capacity
*Be happy to travel to our office in Solihull to complete a full registration in order to be considered for this role


Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
