Highly competent on RiO and Carestream you will be available immediately.

Having previously worked within the NHS in an Administration/Receptionist/Call centre capacity, you be able to hit the floor running working within a call centre environment, where you will be demonstrating your excellent communication skills by answering calls from patients, dealing with queries and referrals, booking appointments, and waiting list management.

You will have excellent communication skills and understand and maintain confidentiality at all times whilst working to exceed customer expectations.

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
