£9.18 per hour - Band 2

Temporary for a couple of weeks - potential to be extended

Hours - 08.30 - 16.30

Starting ASAP

As an experienced Administrator you will be:

*Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and face to enquiries, taking messages and communicating/escalating to the clinical team
*Contacting patients and relatives by telephone to book and confirm visits, updating electronic systems and diaries accordingly
*Maintaining day to day administrative systems, ordering stationary, maintaining stock, photocopying and filing
*Maintaining and managing databases for the team and generating reports
*Updating the clinical IT system
*Supporting the team with the collection and processing of patient feedback
*Sending out letters to patients and healthcare professionals regarding appointments, clinical letters

You will have:

*Previous administration experience ideally gained within the NHS to enable you to hit the floor running
*Experience of updating systems and maintain spreadsheets
*Excellent communication skills
