Monday - Friday 08.30 - 4.30pm

Paying £10.04 per hour - BAND 3

Are you an experienced Administrator with experience of working for the NHS?
Are you experienced in RiO, ESR, Excel and Powerpoint?

As Administrator you will be:

*Providing a comprehensive clerical service
*Taking telephone calls from distressed clients, dealing with them in an emphatic nature, passing information to team members of a sensitive or complex nature to assess the urgency of the call
*Arranging meetings and venues
*Taking minutes from team meetings and distributing
*Producing monthly staff rotas and collating information from team leaders
*Dealing with incoming post, emails, and correspondence
*Composing letters, using Excel and ESR to assist staff in the monitoring of sickness and annual leave
*Collating information to create excel spreadsheets and producing reports
*Input and filing of daily sheets for team members, and organisation of storage of information manually and electronically

You will:

*Have previous administration experience gained with the NHS
*Possess excellent copy typing skills and possess a good knowledge of Windows based packages
*Be experienced on RiO, ESR, Excel and Powerpoint
*Have relevant experience of dealing with sensitive and complex NHS situations

Plum Personnel Ltd will pay the associated costs for your Occupational Screening and the Mandatory Training (essential) - this will be at a reduced fee of £30 which will be deducted from your pay over the first 3-weeks or on completion of your assignment (whichever comes first).
