Location: Solihull
Must be available to work between 7.00am - 6.00pm Mon - Fri
37.5 hours per week

This is a varied and fast paced role for an experienced customer service advisor and administrator with a fabulous, dynamic organisation. Working in a team, you will be in contact with a wide range of people, assisting the Account Managers, dealing with queries from clients, handling problems as well as co-ordinating the administration.

The role will involve:
*Taking inbound and outbound calls to provide a quality and timely service
*Supporting the team in achieving daily call and sales targets by creating reports and general administration
*Liaise with third party partners to facilitate delivery of goods
*Working to ensure the logistics and supply chain runs smoothly

We need someone with:
*Excellent Customer Service skills
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong negotiation skills
*Competent is using MS Outlook, Excel and Word
