Our client is very established within the Insurance arena and provide professional service and support to their assigned Broker network. The Compliance Administrator will be ensuring quality and consistency of service and that regulatory requirements are met. It's a brand new opportunity to join a friendly, productive company who set their standards high.

The Compliance Administrator is based within a small team and will accept responsibility for several key functions including compliance, finance administration and complaint handling, so you will naturally be very customer focused and have strong attention to detail in order to carry out -

* Due diligence checks on Broker data collected on the online portal
* Creation of users once all the necessary checks have been completed
* Administration and amendments where policies have been approved with finance
* Customer queries and complaints including those referred by the FCA

Experienced as a Compliance Administrator you will possess high attention to detail to maintain accuracy standards and be a natural verbal and written communicator to be the first point of contact for all the complaints. In addition you should be able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, have excellent computer skills and be able to multi task within a fast moving environment.

A compliance or customer support background and strong IT skills would be advantageous. Ideally you will have an understanding of Insurance but this is desirable rather than essential.
