The Quality Assurance Co-ordinator is based within a busy, fast paced department where you will be drawing on your excellent customer service and eye for detail and you will get involved in the -

* Co-ordination of internal and external training events
* Processing application enquiries from prospective trainers
* Assisting with Quality Assurance Framework activities
* Administration and reporting of trainer providers

In-order to fulfil Quality Assurance Co-ordinator you will be a natural communicator, able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, have excellent computer skills and bags of initiative. The role may require UK travel to alternative sites and some overnight stays.

A customer support background and strong IT skills would be advantageous. Ideally you will be educated up to A' Level standard or similar and a recognised qualification in business administration is desirable.
