Temporary - This role will transition into a permanent role for the right person
Paying £9.00 - £10.00 per hour
Solihull - Free car parking
Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00

Are you an experienced Administrator, used to working within a fast paced busy role, with excellent accuracy skills?
Are you knowledgeable in GDPR and client confidentiality?
Are you available to start the early part of January?
If so, this could be the job for you!

As Administrator you will:

*Be typing and editing lots of Word documents.
*Follow strict procedures regarding updating, formatting, margins on excel spreadsheets.
*Have excellent accuracy skills to ensure Client records are completed accurately - this is an important part of the role
*Be navigating an internal system and uploading and downloading the files to a web portal
*Deal with email correspondence
*Be responsible for carrying out a number of different tasks and able to time manage your role effectively
*Have excellent attention to detail, my client has a high reputation for a high quality service and it is vital reports/documents are correct first time

You will:

*Be a competent Administrator available immediately
*Be able to cope with pressure - this is a very busy role and would suit someone who is able to manage multiple jobs at once including handling various queries from Clients whilst maintaining a calm and competent manner at all times
*Have knowledge of GDPR and Client confidentially - this is an essential part of the role
*It would be advantageous having a background within the healthcare sector
