Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.30pm

Are you extremely organised and able to manage several tasks at a time?
Do you possess excellent communication skills and with an impressive phone manner?

Working within a professional but, small innovative team, my client is looking for a competent Administrator with superb communication skills to join them asap on a temporary to permanent basis, with a view to going permanent after 4 weeks for the right person.

You will be:

*Working from various systems, inputting data and ensuring records are kept up to date with relevant information
*Dealing with membership enquiries over the phone and via email
*Creating accounts and sending out new Client membership joining details via post and email
*Upgrading/closing accounts
*Running complex searches
*Handling a number of cases at any one time ensuring they are completed from start to finish
*Assisting the Account Manager in dealing with any queries/telephone calls in their absence
*Using Word and Excel to create and update documents, letters and spreadsheets
*Using Microsoft Access
*Providing administrative support to other departments as and when required

You will:

*Have recent administration experience
*Possess an EXCELLENT telephone manner and be confident liaising with Colleagues and Clients at all levels
*Have a fast and accurate data entry speed and be used to updating records - this will be assessed via an online assessment upon registration
*Be competent on Word, Excel especially in the use of formulas and sums, Outlook and ideally experience of Microsoft Access
*Be competent at completing complex administrative tasks
*Be a car driver, due to the location of the Clients office
