Are you an experienced Administrator, familiar with CRM systems?
Do you possess excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone?

As Administrator, you will be a key link between the Customer service team, client, customers and organisation.

You will be:

*Ensuring stock levels are maintained by conducting regular stock checks
*Liaising with customers and internal staff to action sample requests, maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
*Keeping the sample request database and CRM system up to date daily
*Data cleansing the system
*Managing the incoming website queries and dealing with correspondence accordingly
*Liaising with the external sales team, key account executives and marketing department
*Supporting the Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager with key data regarding sample fulfilments
*Booking appointments for

You will have:

*First class communication skills and a be a team player
*Excellent organisation skills and the ability to act on own initiative
*Have excellent communication skills, with a proactive attitude
*Excellent computer skills within Word, Excel, Powerpoint
*An analytical mind and be numerate
*Ideally have knowledge of the building product sector
