Paying £9.50 - £10.50 per hour depending on experience

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.30pm

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client this week on a temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks.

Joining a small team, you will be:

*Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
*Dealing with any customer enquiries
*Updating systems
*Booking meeting rooms and making any refreshments
*Order processing - processing PO's and invoices
*Assisting various departments with any other administrative duties
*Using Word and Excel to create and amend documents

You will:

*Have recent administration experience
*Possess an excellent telephone manner
*Be able to hit the floor running with all aspects of administration
*Be competent on Word and Excel
*Be a car driver, due to the location of the Clients office
