TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT - TO START IMMINENTLY

Meriden

Paying £8.50 per hour

Part time - 25 hours

Tuesday & Wednesday 12 midday - 5.00pm
Thursday & Friday 09.00 - 5.00pm

Do you have excellent data entry skills and accuracy?
Are you happy once permanent to go onto a self-employed basis?

*** IMPORTANT *** Please note this role is on a temporary to permanent basis, temping for a minimum of 12 weeks, once permanent you would be a on self-employed basis.


As Administrator you will be:

*Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
*Taking bookings and processing them on the internal system
*Scheduling drivers
*Diary management
*Checking important documents are correct prior to submission
*Inputting of invoices onto SAGE
*Dealing with email correspondence
*Carrying out general administrative duties

You will:

*Be an experienced administrator
*Be a friendly and confident communicator with a can-do attitude
*Have excellent time management and organisation skills
*Be specifically seeking a part time role
*Be comfortable working with a small office and team environment

*** Due to the location you will need to be a car driver ***
