Previous experience of working as a Project Support Co-ordinator is an advantage however, it's absolutely not essential-personality and attitude will get you noticed!

We're seeking a "go-to" person with the confidence to handle a varied role with an inquisitive mind and a "can do" attitude. You'll be working in well-located offices in a lively environment.

As the Project Support Co-ordinator you will be the right hand support to the Senior Consultant. You will be dealing with the strategic set up of projects from small to long-term, multi million pound projects. A natural at monitoring and tracking projects and sharing/ reporting of information will keep you busy! Able to work autonomously, you will be an organised and professional administrator looking to join a team of professionals at a well located company in the BBP area.

On a day to day basis you will be:-
*The first point of contact for Projects
*Updating critical documents and downloading information
*Sharing information via Dropbox
*Providing varied updates and reporting for monthly Client project meetings

As the successful administrator - it goes without saying that you will have the following skills and experience: -
* Work accurately to deadlines and have great organisational skills
* High levels of skill and accuracy
* Confident personality
* Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to change
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and appropriately with a wide range of audiences both internal and external

Your strong IT skills will come into play as you will be updating Excel, typing documents in Word.

Due to location a car driver is preferable.
