WORKING IN FABULOUS OFFICES OF A WELL ESTABLISHED MARKET LEADING COMPANY...

We're seeking an experienced Administrator/ Co-ordinator to join a dynamic and friendly team. You will be supporting a group of field based Managers with extensive administrative tasks.

The Role:-
*Liaising with external contacts and colleagues to resolve urgent issues.
*Maintaining an accurate database and a busy Outlook inbox.
*Completing and typing of letters and documentation to compliant standards and deadlines.
*Raising purchase orders.
*Involved in organising meetings and taking notes on occasions.
