We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Client within the Education sector to cover a period of sickness.

As a highly experienced Administrator you will be:

*Contacting students to confirm their course details - venues, start dates, times and rooms
*Managing a high volume of phone and email enquiries for various courses
*Calling and texting prospective students inviting them to initial assessments
*Dealing with a high volume of student and staff correspondence
*Collecting and collating information relating to small groups via an Excel spreadsheet
*Dealing with a small number of customer complaints or requests for refunds
*Checking some pay claims and raising contracts

As Administrator you will:

*Have an excellent telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
*Be a competent Administrator with excellent accuracy skills
*Be articulate and have a good working knowledge of Windows and Office 365
*Possess excellent organisation skills and a calm and professional manner
