Administrator -Project Support Coordinator

Seeking a role with variety and responsibility in an established organisation in the Hospitality/ Leisure sector?

No doubt you will be bright and enthusiastic and have solid administrator experience to provide full Project Management Support and PA support to a Senior Manager and field based team for our prestigious client within the Hospitality sector.

It's a brand new and exciting, varied role, requiring someone with drive and ambition.
The duties will include: -

Providing full PA support to the Transition Manager
Managing the project tracker, paying exceptional attention to detail
Organising meetings, following and tracking action points
Taking an active role in organising site transfers
Chairing weekly conference calls, following up and tracking action points
Using V look ups to track and view data

You will possess excellent Word and Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and V lookups. You will need to be highly organised, used to working at a fast pace. You will have an enquiring mind and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be comfortable making decisions and working on your own initiative so the Director/ field team have total trust in you.
