WORKING IN LOVELY OFFICES OF A PROGRESSIVE, LEADING COMPANY...

We're seeking an established administrator to join a small Operations team. A brand new position due to unprecedented growth-you will play a pivotal role, ensuring the capture of contract documentation for their extensive portfolio of SME clients throughout the UK.

As the sole Administrator your duties will include:-
*Taking ownership of all the Client details onto their system.
*Liaising with internal colleagues to clarify information as required.
*Maintaining an accurate database, updating the life cycle of the contract from start to end.
*Reacting to and resolving queries.
*Responding to communication and completing documentation to compliant standards.


What about you?
*Strong administrative skills and experience of the car leasing experience sector would be desirable.
*Excellent attention to detail as you will be entering client details, financial contracts and administration on a daily basis.
*A self-sufficient, "think on your feet" and flexible nature is a must.
*The desire to work within a company destined for continued growth whilst prioritising and managing a busy workload and working to deadlines.


It is essential that you are self-motivated and positive with that added bit of "nouse" to own this role. You will love the idea of learning on the job and becoming part of a small but critical team.
