Administrator/Customer Service
Salary £22,000 - £25,00 dep on experience
Location: Solihull town centre
8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri

This is a varied and interesting role for an experienced administrator who enjoys contact with a wide range of people. Working in a small team, you will be assisting the Operations Manager, dealing with queries from clients, handling problems as well as co-ordinating the administration, including invoicing and ensuring all documents are logged and compliant.

The role will involve:
*Co-ordinating documentation relating to H & S, insurance and any incidents
*Dealing with any queries from clients, logging and resolving
*Co-ordinating diaries and maintain the database and any associated admin
*Administering the Accounts, invoicing and handling any Accounts queries

We need someone with:
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Good attention to detail
*The ability to multi task and prioritise
