Customer Account Manager
Shirley, Solihull

Shift pattern 37.5 hours per week between 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday
£17,500 + Bonus (up to £350pm)

This is a varied and fast paced role for an experienced Account Manager within a fabulous, dynamic organisation. Working in a team, you will be in contact with a wide range of people. You will be taking orders from customers whilst using your negotiation skills to upsell and promote the current promotions and products reaching KPIs and targets.

The role will involve:
* Managing a client base making weekly calls to build up a rapport with all customers and to add value to orders being processed
* Planning and preparing for sales calls to increase effectiveness and productiveness
* Meeting targets and deadlines within a fast-paced, proactive environment
* Working as a team and taking inbound calls when needed to contribute to the achievement of service level.


We need someone with:
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* The drive to be sales focused whilst remaining service orientated
* Strong negotiation skills
* Competence using all MS Office packages
* Attention to detail and accuracy when recording data
